This will be worse off for the child's education becuase their parents won't be able to afford for better education.
I think the government shoud subsidy the mid-class fmilies more than before to help the households to pass the difficulties and education is a significant reward.

this whould probbaly decreas number of students who will get better education so it will decreas competition in future and those of us who will be able to pay school fees next year might enter to the good university easely
the price of the education must increase in england. some students will not be able to pay the fee of school. so the government should encourage the education , like giving them study loans
