I thin it is demand side decides everything in copper market, demand rises so suppiler produce more,vise versa. therefore,whether the price of copper continue to rise or not depend on whether the demand is sustanable grow or just rise for a while.
Maybe it is a wise dicision but if the demand is not boosted enough, the behavior will cause more problems.
Anyway, at last the package is effctive which has be expected for so long.
I think most of the problem occured are due to the shrink of the demand side. If the chinese government is wise enough it is the time to buy the raw material in large quantity.
