I think it's true, and whether the UK economy can recover depends on the world economic trend
the uk is in deep recession, the government has high borrowing and spending, how can they fill the the'black hole' of £20bn's debt
The pre-budget was in doubt at the beginning.It WILL be very lucky if the situation will nte be any worse.
Economy is unpredictable so this is resonable.
We knew it.
it takes time to recover,but government always pretend the future is more hopeful to keep citizens confidence,it is understandable.
